The location of the house offers the visitor many opportunities to be in contact with nature. Thanks to its unique surroundings in which green valleys are seperated by rugged mountain with dense oak and beach woods, open meadows and special areas where there is a varied selection of fauna and flora.

The surroundings also have a rich artistic and archaeological heritage, which combined with its continually green countryside, make us feel that we are immersed in one of the most evocative and unknown parts of Spain.

Self massage sessions.

Sessions in DO-IN

Do-in is a simple and easy to learn self-massage. It is a therapy for the whole body that requires about twenty minutes to perform. It stimulates the energy and circulatory system as well as relaxing muscular tensions. The basic technique is to softly hit, stretch, massage and apply pressure to different parts of the body. It is especially recommended to wake up the body in the morning.

The hour and a half sessions begin with a few Qi Gong exercises, these are followed by a practical demonstration of Do-in. Afterwards some repetitions are given of some of the movements to insure the students learn the sequence well. Each student will receive written instructions of the movements to facilitate their performance latter.
